When California first announced that they are legalizing same-sex marriages, and it will be open to residents from other states as well, I seriously thought that Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi would be the first same-sex wedding I would be writing on. Well, George Takei and Brad Altman took that distinction! LOL By the way, I wonder how they are now, now that they are “married”.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, on the other hand, may have set a wedding date, but they sure are taking their time planning a dream wedding. Judging from how Ellen plans to fly the whole de Rossi clan from Australia over to the wedding in the United States, it sure sounds grand. I wonder how the family feels, though!
