Kimora Lee Simmons, celebrity model, fashion designer, reality TV star and business woman, finally filed divorce papers citing irreconcilable differences after one year of separation from her husband, entertainment mogul, Russell Simmons, the co-founder of Def Jam records and founder of Phat Farm clothing label and Def Comedy Jam [HBO].
