Aren’t we all sick and tired of Hollywood marriages already? How about some footie news?

German footballer and Captain, Michael Ballack, the Chelsea midfielder, 32 years old, marries long time partner Simone Lambe, 30 today, 14th July, 2008. The wedding reception is attended by about 400 guests.

Michael Ballack and Simone Lambe have known each other more than ten years and they have three children. The couple has actually applied for a marriage licence in June, 2008, just before the European football championships.
