Patrick Swayze Has Pancreatic Cancer
March 7, 2008This afternoon, I received the news that Patrick Swayze has been stricken with pancreatic cancer. I know, this is glum news BUT I also read that his doctors are rather optimistic about his chances and Patrick is even still working on a movie right now as he is currently seeking treatment for his cancer.

There are people who are a little superstitious because Patrick was in a recent movie with Jeff Healey, who just passed away from cancer at the age of 41. Patrick is 55 years old only.
I still remember Patrick in the movies Dirty Dancing and Ghost. Yeah, I know these are OLD movies but they have been highly entertaining and I could watch Dirty Dancing over and over again. I don’t remember how many reruns I had.
I sincerely hope that Patrick Swayze will overcome this obstacle and come back stronger than ever! Peace.
